A: Keep your Christmas tree fresh and alive all holiday season with these tips 1. Pick the Right Spot: Place your tree in a cool area, away from sunlight, heater vents, and fireplaces. Note (A heater vent directed towards the tree or any hot air including a fireplace is the #1 cause for a tree drying) 2. Water Daily: The tree needs to be constantly hydrated, and submerged in water, so check the water level daily and refill as needed. Note (It can drink up to a gallon on the first day. If trunk is left without water for longer than 24 hrs the tree will stop drinking water and will require a fresh new cut at the bottom of the trunk to reopen pores.) We also sell and highly recommended "Keeps-it-Green" which is a preservative that when mixed with water helps the tree retain moisture, reducing needle drop and extends the freshness of the tree.
A: When visiting, it's important to dress appropriately to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience as you choose and cut your perfect Christmas tree. Here are some recommendations: 1. Layered Warm Clothing: The weather can be unpredictable, so wearing layers will keep you warm since you will be outdoors 2. Closed-toe shoes or boots: The ground can be uneven or wet so some good comfortable shoes with good traction is recommend. 3. Gloves: Protect your hands from sap, needles, and the cold by wearing a sturdy pair of gloves.
A: Yes, dogs are welcome! We understand that pets are part of the family, and we want everyone to enjoy the festive experience of choosing their perfect Christmas tree. However, we do ask that all dogs be kept on a leash and that owners clean up after their pets to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all visitors.
