Water Daily: The tree needs to be constantly hydrated, and submerged in water, so check the water level daily and refill as needed. NOTE: It can drink up to a gallon on the first day. If trunk is left without water for longer than 24 hrs, the tree will stop drinking water and will require a fresh new cut at the bottom of the trunk to reopen pores.We also sell and highly recommended "Keeps-it-Green" which is a preservative that when mixed with water helps the tree retain moisture, reducing needle drop and extends the freshness of the tree.
